WBN Business Consultancy Co., Ltd., established in 2011, is engaged in the provision of management service of product and business process for overseas companies. In November 2012 when the policy of replacing business tax with value-added tax was initially implemented, this company had entrusted a financial company to handle tax exemption but failed. In the later, BMI took the initiative to get in touch with its management, provide the solution and analyze the related policies and regulations. Combined with the support from its Hong Kong headquarters, both parties entered into agreement to establish cooperation, under which BMI assisted this company in improving its financial compliance, applying for preferential tax and refunding the tax payment for past three years.

Early in May 2015:Early in May 2015, the second tax refund was in progress handled by 【BMI Shenzhen】for【WBN Business Consultancy Co., Ltd.】. The tax refund was estimated to exceed RMB1.4 million for the period from November 2012 to December 2014.
May 25th, 2015: 【BMI Shenzhen】assisted【WBN Business Consultancy Co., Ltd.】in receiving the first business tax and surcharges from national treasury, refunding tax amount of nearly RMB400,000 for the period from March 2012 to October 2012.
Late in March 2015: 【BMI Shenzhen】assisted【WBN Business Consultancy Co., Ltd.】in successfully going through the approval formalities for local tax refund paid by offshore service outsourcing business.
Late in January 2015: 【BMI Shenzhen】assisted【WBN Business Consultancy Co., Ltd.】in regulating and preparing the internal tax-related instruments and delivering the tax exemption approval for cross-border services. Its valid term was long-term effective.  Tax exemption became effective for tax declaration starting from February, and tax savings amounted to nearly RMB 500,000 per annum.
Late in December 2014: 【BMI Shenzhen】entered into cooperation agreement with【WBN Business Consultancy Co., Ltd.】.
